If race is cancelled: deposits paid will be turned into a voucher to be used for further bookings in the hotel booked through M&C Travel Events. If the voucher is not used within 18 months the amount will be refunded to a fee of 10% (minimum EUR 50,00 per room)
If race date is postponed: room reservation will be changed (subject to availability) and payments done will be transferred
