Transfer Conditions

All prices shown are per vehicle, one way, incl. meet & greet staff at airport/train station, insurances, parking and toll road fee. Waiting time of 30 minutes is included. Above 30 minutes waiting time, the hourly rate will apply.

Detailled flight information are required per person. No reservation can be accepted without this information.

Changes

Any changes of already confirmed timings up to 36 hours prior to scheduled service are charged at EUR 25,00 per vehicle. Changes made between 12 to 35 hours prior to scheduled service: 50% Changes made less than 12 hours prior to scheduled service: 100%

Shuttle Conditions

Rates are per time indicated including driver and mentioned km. The car/coach is at your entire disposal As long as necessary. Additional hours at an hourly surcharge as indicated. For shuttle services a schedule plan is needed to book the services.

Important: Credential for drivers and vehicles need to be arranged by the client.

Prices

All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT.

Reservation

Payment

Payment 100% is due 4 weeks prior to arrival Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A service fee of 1,95 % for American Express will apply. No charges for Visa/Mastercard. Please make sure to cover your own bank charges, otherwise these will be charged to you by M&C Travel Events.

Cancellation
