Payment Policy
Payment can be made by either wire transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. A service fee of 1,95 % for American Express will apply. No charges for Visa/Mastercard. Please make sure to cover your own bank charges otherwise these will be charged to you by M&C Travel Events.

35% payable until 12 August 2022
50% payable until 12 September 2022

Cancellation Policy
up to 35 days prior to arrival EUR 50,00 per room
34 to 20 days prior to arrival 35%
19 to 12 days prior to arrival 60%
11 to 00 days prior to arrival 100%

Special cancellation conditions in case of event changes due to Force Majeure/Covid-19
If race is cancelled: rooms will be cancelled to a fee of 10% (minimum EUR 50,00 per room).
If race date is postponed: room reservation will be changed (subject to availability) and payments done will be transferred

Reservation
No options are granted. Rooms are sold on first come, first serve basis.

Rooming-list
Please send your rooming-list with names per room until 30 September 2022.
